We distributed an online survey among all the 1st Bach students of our institute and these were the results:
This survey has been answered by 128 people, all students aged 15, 16 and 17. The survey was completely anonymous.
As we have been able to verify in the results of the survey, the majority of the students questioned admit consuming olive oil daily, on the other hand there is less and less interest among young people in this sector due to the fact that the majority of those questioned "prefer other options of lifetime".
If this trend continues, in a few generations there will be no farmers in our territory.
The consequences of this disappearance are clear, in addition to the loss of job opportunities, which we will always need, we lose the possibility of controlling our food.
On the other hand, we see that the majority of people answered that biodiversity plays a very important role. 37% of those surveyed give it a value of 5 points, and 38% a value of 4 points.
It is necessary to improve the low level of education. Low education has many consequences.
